Mary Woodfill Park

Mary Woodfill Park has over 25 years of research and management experience in corporate, academic, and public libraries and information centers. In 1987 she founded The Information Consultancy to help meet the business information needs of companies and individuals.

Ms. Park has been an active participant in numerous associations and organizations representing the information industry and the library/information services profession, including:

• Special Libraries Association (SLA)
• American Society for Information Science (ASIS)
• Association of Independent Information Professionals (AIIP)
• Information Futures Institute.

Mary Park has written about many information topics in her newsletter, Infoprose©: The Newsletter from the Information Professionals, and is a frequent speaker on the topic of "The Information Literate Executive." She is listed in Marquis' Who's Who in America and was named one of "Maryland's Top 100 Women" by Warfield's Business Record.

She lives in Baltimore, Maryland and enjoys hiking and fishing with her family in the Rocky Mountains of Montana.
